How do I post a property care request?
Describe the work, the type of property, your city, the schedule, how many hours you can guarantee and how many people you need. Posting is free. Your request is shown without your name, street address, email or phone number, and matching professionals get an email or text alert about it.
Each request shows a buyer limit: how many professionals may buy it. You set it, with a minimum of 5. We suggest twice the number of people you need, or 5 if you need one provider. Professionals also see how many have already bought it.
A professional who buys your lead gets your contact details and reaches out to you. From there, you and the provider talk and agree on the work between you.
What do badges tell me about a cleaner or caretaker?
Our team reviews every account after sign-up, and accounts that pass get a verified badge. Professionals can upload certifications, and each one our team checks earns a badge on their profile. Property care businesses can also show badges for how many people they have hired and how many clients or units they serve.

How do I choose a cleaner or caretaker safely?
Maple Care is not a party to your agreement and does not guarantee the work, so the checks are yours to make. Ask for references from other owners, confirm who will actually be on site and what is included, and agree on price and access before you hand over keys or codes.

No. Our team reviews every account after sign-up and checks the certifications professionals upload, which is what the badges show. That is a helpful signal, not a full screening. Before giving anyone access to your property, check their references and agree on the details in writing.
Will providers see my property address?
Not before they buy your lead. Requests never show real names, addresses, emails or phone numbers, and the location appears by city only. A professional who buys your lead gets your contact details, and you decide when to share the exact address, usually once you have talked.
Can a property manager post requests for several units or buildings?
Yes. Property managers and other businesses can post requests describing the units or buildings, the schedule, the hours they can guarantee and how many people they need. Set a buyer limit that fits the number of providers you want to hear from.
Can I find help for a cottage, seasonal home or rental property?
Yes. Describe the property, what needs doing and how often, such as cleaning between guests or regular checks while you are away. Professionals in that city can see the request and buy the lead if the work fits their services.
Can I contact a cleaning business directly instead of posting?
Yes. If a profile fits what you need, you can buy that professional's lead to get their contact details and reach out first. The price is shown before you buy. The profile shows their badges, services and city, but not their name or contact details until you buy.
Can I find a French-speaking cleaner or caretaker?
Yes. Maple Care works in English and French. Mention the language you prefer when you describe the work, so professionals know before deciding to buy your lead, and confirm it when you talk with each provider.
