Can a company with a team of care professionals join Maple Care?

Yes. A care business creates one profile under its business name, lists the care it offers and the area it covers, and uploads its business registration and insurance for our team to verify. Each document our team confirms adds a badge to the profile.

Is there a monthly fee for businesses?

No. Posting a request or creating a profile is free. A business pays only when it buys an offer, with credits, and the price of each offer is shown before it buys. Credits are bought in packs from your account.

How many businesses can buy the same request?

Each offer has a buyer limit, and the offer shows how many people have bought it so far. Once the limit is reached, no one else can buy it, so a request is never sent to everyone at once.

Is our business name shown before someone buys our offer?

No. The offers board shows the care, the area, the badges and initials only. The business name, email and phone are shown only to someone who buys the offer.

Does Maple Care supervise the work or take part in the agreement?

No. Maple Care is a marketplace. The client and the professional or care business agree the schedule, the work and the rates directly with each other, and do their own checks before agreeing to anything.
