What is Maple Care?
Maple Care is a Canadian marketplace run by Joel & Nanz Inc. It connects clients who need elder care, child care, property care or pet care with independent care professionals in their city. Either side can buy the other side's offer to get contact details and reach out.
Is my name or phone number shown?
No. Requests and profiles never show real names, addresses, emails or phone numbers, and location is shown by city only. Contact details are shared only with the person who buys your offer.
How much does Maple Care cost?
Posting a request or creating a profile is free. Buying an offer is paid with credits, and the price of each offer is shown before you buy. You can ask for your credits back if an offer's contact details are fake or unreachable, unless that offer already carried a verified badge.
Does Maple Care screen professionals?
Our team reviews every account after sign-up and adds a verified badge to accounts that pass, plus a badge for each certification we check. Maple Care is not a party to your agreement, so always interview, check references and ask for a current vulnerable sector check before someone cares for a parent or child.
